These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LesserApp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Lesser Sustainability Solutions ("Lesser", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
1.2. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

User Accounts

2.1. Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
2.4. Lesser reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Recycling Services

3.1. Lesser provides recycling-related services including scheduled pickups, drop-off locations, reverse vending machine integrations, and other sustainability initiatives.
3.2. Availability of services may vary by location and may change from time to time.
3.3. Lesser reserves the right to refuse collection or processing of materials that do not meet operational or recycling requirements.
3.4. Pickup schedules, collection times, and service availability are estimates and are not guaranteed.

AI-Powered Material Recognition

4.1. Lesser may provide an AI-powered material recognition feature that allows users to submit photographs of items for material identification.
4.2. Material classifications generated by the feature are automated estimates provided for informational purposes only.
4.3. Lesser does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any classification result.
4.4. Classification results do not guarantee acceptance for recycling, collection, rewards, or any other program.
4.5. Lesser reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the eligibility of any material.
4.6. Users must not submit unlawful, offensive, harmful, or sensitive content through the feature.

Rewards and Points Program

Earning Points

5.1. Users earn points by recycling eligible items through LesserApp’s designated drop-off stations or scheduled pick-ups.
5.2. The number of points awarded per item is determined by LesserApp and may be subject to change without prior notice.
5.3. Points will be credited to the user's LesserApp account once the recyclables are verified and processed.
5.4. LesserApp reserves the right to deduct or adjust points in cases of fraudulent activity, incorrect transactions, or system errors.

Redeeming Points

2.1. LesserApp points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, cashback, or products as per the available options within the app.
2.2. Users can also convert LesserApp points to WalaOne points, where 3 LesserApp points equal 1 WalaOne point.
2.3. A minimum of 150 LesserApp points is required to initiate a redemption to WalaOne.
2.4. Once points are redeemed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
2.5. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

General Terms

3.1. Points are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be gifted, sold, or exchanged outside the authorized redemption channels.
3.2. LesserApp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
3.3. If a user’s account is found to be in violation of LesserApp’s terms or engaging in fraudulent activity, points may be forfeited, and access to the program may be restricted.
3.4. By participating in the rewards program, users agree to abide by these terms and any updates LesserApp may implement.

Leaderboards and Rankings

6.1. Lesser may display rankings, achievements, badges, or leaderboards based on recycling activity.
6.2. Rankings are provided for engagement purposes and may change as recycling activities are verified.
6.3. Lesser reserves the right to correct leaderboard positions resulting from fraud, misuse, or technical issues.

Business Accounts

7.1. Business accounts may be created and managed by authorized representatives of participating organizations.
7.2. Business users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and up to date.
7.3. Lesser may provide business-specific features, reports, rankings, or collection services.

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:
a. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent recycling activities.
b. Attempt to manipulate points, rankings, rewards, or recycling records.
c. Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
d. Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
e. Upload content that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

9.1. The Service, including its content, software, branding, logos, designs, and technology, is owned by Lesser or its licensors.
9.2. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Suspension and Termination

10.1. Lesser may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time if a user violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
10.2. Upon termination, any unused rewards or points may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lesser shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
11.3. Lesser does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or the accuracy of recycling guidance, AI-generated classifications, or reward calculations.

Changes to the Service

12.1. Lesser may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, reward program, or service at any time.
12.2. Lesser may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
